Antonio Rodolfo Quinn Oaxaca, popularly known as Anthony Quinn, was an American actor, painter, writer and director of Mexican descent. He was an Oscar-winning Mexican-American actor best known for his roles in ‘Viva Zapata!’, ‘Lust for Life’ and ‘Zorba the Greek’. He was born in Chihuahua, Mexico, but his family settled in Los Angeles shortly after he was born. His father died when he was only 9 years old.

Quinn then had two children with her secretary, Katherine Benvin in the 1990s; Antonia Patricia Rose Quinn and Ryan Nicholas Quinn.In August 1997, her marriage to Addolori finally ended in divorce. She then married Benvin in December 1997. Quinn and Benvin remained married until her death in June 2001.

ANTHONY QUINN DEATH

Quinn died of respiratory failure, throat cancer and pneumonia on June 3, 2001 in Boston, Massachusetts at the age of 86. He spent his final years in Bristol, Rhode Island.His funeral was held in the First Baptist Church of America in College Hill, Providence, Rhode Island. He had reunited with the Foursquare evangelical Christian community shortly before his death. He is buried in Bristol, Rhode Island, on family grounds.
