ASHANTI OVER LYRICS

I can’t believe it’s over baby
But every snap on my heart that you gave me
See, we tried but we fight and then we cried now it’s over baby, it’s over baby. When I met you I knew you would be the only one
Because looking at you made me feel a little crazy,
What you asked for I almost did it automatically
But it was nothing compared to the joy you gave me. Even though I know what we had wasn’t perfect, baby,
You joked, but see then it didn’t upset me
I thought staying, trying to change you would be worth it baby
But now I see that trying to change only changed me.
All these tears and all your lies
All these years and now we’re saying goodbye, it’s over baby. I can’t believe it’s over baby
But every snap on my heart that you gave me
See, we tried but we fight and then we cried now it’s over baby, it’s over baby. I can’t believe it’s over baby
But every snap on my heart that you gave me
See, we tried but we fight and then we cried now it’s over baby, it’s over baby. Now I’m thinking I should never have to deal with you,
All these screams and screams
It rains late at night, I’m sitting waiting
for you Just to tell you how I hate who you turned into,
See, no way I will sit and take this shit from you,
I’ll never play another day to be your fool,
I wasted all my time on something that just wasn’t true,
I should have known I could never change you.
I’ll never forget what you did to me so I’m gone I’m gone baby
I’ll never forget
what you did to me so I’m gone, I’m gone, baby.
Whenever you see me don’t even talk
I’ll never forget what you did to me.
Whenever you see me don’t talk, I’ll never forget what you did to me.
I can’t believe it’s over baby
But every snap on my heart that you gave me
See, we tried but we fight and then we cried now it’s over baby, it’s over baby. I can’t believe it’s over baby
But every snap on my heart that you gave me
