Big E Langston is an American professional wrestler, powerlifter and former American football player currently signed to WWE, born in Tampa, Florida as Ettore Ewen. He played college football at the University of Iowa.
Additionally, he is a national powerlifting champion and has set several national and state records in the crude division. After signing with WWE in 2009, he was awarded his Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW) development brand. After FCW was renamed NXT, Langston became the second-ever NXT champion.
Since making it to the main roster in 2012, he has become a one-time Intercontinental Champion, two-time Raw Tag Team Champion, and a six-time SmackDown Tag Team Record Champion. As part of The New Day, he holds the record for the longest tag team championship reign in WWE history with 483 days.

BIG E LANGSTON CAREER IN POWERLIFTING
Ewen competed in her first USA Powerlifting (USAPL) match on July 11 at the 2010 United States Open Championships at Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida. He became the top heavyweight lifter, breaking all 4 Florida state raw powerlifting records in the 275-pound class and breaking national raw records in deadlift and total.
His lifts included a 611-pound squat, a 490-pound bench press, and a 749-pound deadlift for a raw total of 1,850 pounds. Additionally, he won the 2011 USAPL Raw Nationals in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
This time around, he finished in the heavyweight division (275+ pounds) and broke US and National raw records in deadlift (799 pounds) and total (2,039 pounds). Since then, all of his national records, as well as those of America, have been broken.
