Since 2019, Bachelor Nation hasn’t had a beach vacation full of sand, pumice, and surprising couples. Filming for a new season of Bachelor in Paradise has already ended, and the show will premiere on August 16, 2021. 40 bachelors and bachelorettes in bikinis on the beach, knocking on the door of heaven and yearning for love.
This season will be different than previous ones, and it won’t simply be due of the global pandemic. Chris Harrison will not be hosting, for starters. A lineup of celebrities will take his place, including comedian David Spade, who has long been a Bachelor fan, Tituss Burgess, Lance Bass, and Lil Jon. BiP will not be hosted by Bachelor Nation veterans, unlike the season of Katie Thurston’s The Bachelorette.
